Free Photoshop...not! - Part 2

Do you remember the “can you please get me free photoshop” girl I told you about months ago? Well, she’s back - both figuratively and literally - with the same request (and not just to me, I saw her leaving her email on several site owners’ cboxes and I have no doubt it’s about this).

The girl says she got a brand new Dell computer where she can install Photoshop; since I’m a nice girl, I explained her - again - how to get the program, but her reply left me speechless: the girl said that, when she tried to download Ps’s trial copy, the system kept asking her for a credit card so she couldn’t take down the free trial....and that is just a huge crapload of BS she made up I have no idea how. Trial versions downloads will never require a credit card. They wouldn’t be called “free trials”, and it wouldn’t make sense either.
I have no idea why she tried to feed me that nonsense, even less how she could expect I’d believe it, but I don’t care; it’s pretty clear she doesn’t just want free photoshop, but I don’t give a rat’s arse what she wants. I’ve done all I could to help her, and she tries to feed me BS; this is really the last straw. She can try getting free photoshop with resources included (this is what she really wants) from someone else, I’m done with her and her annoying nagging.

Sorry for the rant, but this chick’s attitude and her crap pi*sed me off to no end.
See you on next entry; many cheers. XOXO

Amazon couriers

EDITED ON 07.28 Sorry for being awol for so long. I haven’t abandoned the blog, and I plan to write an entry - and maybe change the layout as well - very soon; stay tuned for it. Cheers. XOXO END EDIT

EDITED ON 04.03 The package arrived safely - thank God for that - but I know I was extremely lucky, and I hope no other shipment will be sent via that courier. END EDIT

In the last few years (especially the last two) I’ve developed a weird love/hate relationship with Amazon: I need to buy something at least once a month or I get withdrawal syntoms, but at the same time I can’t stand the couriers they use.

The couries are usually chosen randomly during the dispatching process, and I cannot always pick the 1-day delivery (usually done with DHL or UPS) due to budget....but how on earth does Amazon manage to almost always ship my packages with the worst and most incompetent couriers available out there - in Italy!? The last one in the string is a courier/private postal service active - or so these guys claim on their site - since 2000 but I had never heard of them until my last package was entrusted to them....and I don’t trust this courier at all, for they place my package in a local office which doesn’t exist at all - I verified that in Google Maps, Earth and the italian streets’ index book. And I’m not the only one in this situation, I read hundreds of other identical stories about this service online; please Amazon, give me a valid reason why you keep using these crooks when you can choose between dozens and dozens of actually working and reliable couriers.

Sorry for the mini-rant, but this has been bubbling in me for a few days now and I needed to let it out.
See you all next time; many cheers. XOXO
